Architecture

Spatial Design is currently providing architectural services on projects with a contract value of £25k up to £5 million. Projects are considered on an individual basis. Regardless of project size or value, once engaged with a commission, our chartered architect, Mr Brendon Robins, will be committed to work directly on the project and this will be supported by the technical and architectural graduate staff. Brendon Robins is both RIBA and ARB registered and has a mixed background of varied projects within the commercial, residential, education, healthcare and interior fit-out sectors.

Since Spatial Design was set up the practice has progressed and built a good reputation in the residential and commercial sectors and has recently developed into the healthcare sector with dentistry clients. The practice is looking to develop further into the healthcare sector due to the recognition it’s had from its latest dentistry project for Loughton Dental Centre.

Interior Design

Spatial Design offers interior design services to complement our architectural services. Our clients like the idea that both architecture and interior services can be achieved via the practice in house and so not to complicate the procurement of the project and to ensure the quality of the end product. Our interior design services include a proven track record of bespoke furniture and product design including residential furniture and commercial reception desks and bespoke display units.

We also have a committed team of professional consultants that they would recommend i.e. structural, mechanical and electrical engineers and quantity surveyors, that once again provide a clean structure to the procurement of the proposed project.
